Membership Renewals
The annual subscriptions for Honiton Running Club are now due for 2018/19. Once again the rates for the club are unchanged from last year at £15. The optional affiliation fee for England Athletics has risen to £15 for this year. The EA affiliation also gives the club third party insurance wherever you are running with and without the club and a £2 reduction in any EA race which includes our own Ottery 10K race. Contributing to EA can help to boost our number of London Marathon places. Finally EA provides all the coaching infrastructure for the club which allows us to run a junior section and other training sessions.
In summary:
HRC membership fee is £15 and EA Affiliation £15 giving a total of £30.
Other options are:
A family membership is £37.50 plus an optional EA fee of £15/person.
A student membership is £10 plus an optional EA fee of £15.
An associate (social) membership is £5.
There are several ways to pay:
1) Give the treasurer (Jo Davey) cash or a cheque on club nights.
2) Do a BACS transaction on-line the details are:

Sort code: 40-24-28 and put “HRC Subs” in the reference so we know what it is (but dont worry if your bank does not allow this).
Membership entitles you to 10% discount at many local sport’s shops Roger will give you a membership card. Please pay before 1 June as it saves being hassled!. If you know you won’t be rejoining us next year it also helps to let us know so we can remove your details from the database. Also if you have moved house recently or changed email or phone number do let us know so we can update our membership database.

Data Privacy
When you renew your membership of Honiton Running Club our policy on keeping your data can be read here. Also when you become a member of or renew your membership with Honiton Running Club you can also choose to be registered as a member of England Athletics (you will have to register with England Athletics if you ever compete for the club in competition Under UKA Rules). If you select 'Yes' in the box below we will provide England Athletics with your personal data which they will use to enable access to an online portal for you (called myAthletics). England Athletics will contact you to invite you to sign into and update your MyAthletics portal (which, amongst other things, allows you to set and amend your privacy settings).
