Everyone welcome: People run for a variety of reasons. Many will be good runners who enjoy racing and do lots of training with the aim of improving their performance. Others will run mainly for pleasure and will do the occasional running event. Then there are some who mainly run to stay fit and healthy. However you classify yourself you are welcome to join us. BUT we would ask that you have some basic fitness and that you do not have any medical condition where a doctor would advise against running. Get in touch by using the  "New Member Form" below

Joining the Club: If you have been along for a few sessions and wish to join then please read the documents for new members then download and print the membership form. Fill this in and take it along to the club with the appropriate joining fee. Hand the form and fee to the club treasurer, secretary or chairman.
Come along on a Monday or Wednesday night, you will be very welcome
