Email's to: 1. Previous entrants to Beast and Beauty with attached entry form 2. Local Running clubs, particularly those who have supported previous events 3. Local Hash Clubs Email list files at foot of this page 4. Setup Spreadsheet for entries 5. When entries arrive email entrant with acknowledgment. Perhaps saying that cheques will not be cashed until booklets have been sent.
