1. Agree date for following year with Colvin Parry email and with HRC committee soon after previous event. Date currently set as 2nd Saturday in July. Agree any changes to be made, e.g. entry fee.
2. Update Entry form with new date and other changes and store copy in club documents. Make changes to Blackdown Beauty webpage

1. Previous entrants to Beast and Beauty with attached entry form
2. Local Running clubs, particularly those who have supported previous events
3. Local Hash Clubs
Email list files at foot of this page
4. Setup Spreadsheet for entries
5. When entries arrive email entrant with acknowledgment. Perhaps saying that cheques will not be cashed until booklets have been sent.
