 | The Blackmore Vale HM regularly attracts over 500 runners. It is an undulating course but with a sting in the tail, as the nice hill you run down at the start has to be climbed up to the finish. Our 3 runners did very well. Graham knocked over a minute off his HM PB and Olivia hit for six her time for this race in 2010 - nearly 28 minutes quicker.
