The Honiton Hippo is a Tough Multi-terrain race with Roughly 7 miles of Mud, Sweat and Tears for over 15 year olds
(Oh yes, the odd hill and 2 rivers thrown in too for good measure!)

Eleanor Wood: Thank you team for again putting on your amazingly hard yet complete fun race the Honiton Hippo. Every Marshall was so encouraging and kind. There was a new runner from our club called Sid who had never raced a competitive run before. I insisted he did it and he was blown away.x Rob Scovell: Many thanks to Honiton RC. The course was great fun, with excellent marshalling and signage. The goodie bag and cake stall were most welcome at the end! Rosie Glazier: What a fantastic event it was yesterday! Well done to the Honiton Running Club and all the volunteers for putting together another brilliant race. I loved the warm up right at the start in the school play ground and all the water features of course! Karl Schultze: This was the first time I've ran the Hippo and I had an absolute blast on Sunday. That is a really tough course butfun and really scenic. This has to be one of the most enjoyable and varied races I've ever done. I loved all the woods, trails, hills, mud, obstacles and rivers. Thank you, the club and all the volunteers for hosting an amazing event. Lovely tea and cakes at the end too 😋 I can't wait to run it again next year. Jenny Debenham: Just wanted to say a massive thank you to you and your fantastic team. Had a really lovely run. The warm up was fantastic, the marshals wonderfully encouraging and the cake just what was needed. Very handy having the river crossing just before the finish to wash off all the mud.
