Thinking of taking-up running or even joining us? - see below!

 

Your ability - We have a wide range of abilities within the club and may be able to offer you some practical advice that makes your decision easier. However it is advisable to be able to jog for 15-20 minutes before coming along but if you have any doubts just turn up and give us a try.

Your health - Medical conditions which may be adversely affected by participation in a strenuous activity, including running, are your responsibility. Should you have any "conditions" it would be wise to discuss the implications with your G.P. prior to commencement of the activity.  
Where & When - We meet at Honiton Sports Centre (MAP of Honiton) and depart at 18:30 Monday, Wednesday & Friday. We also make adhoc arrangements for longer training runs at the weekend. During the lighter evenings we run many local country trails and coastal paths, come and give it a try.

Join Us - If you would like to join our club please complete the MEMBERSHIP FORM and pass it to Roger Saunders, Alan Nicholls or Paul Lowman along with your cheque for the year (April-March) please contact us regarding Family & Social membership rates. The fee includes athlete registration with England Athletics.
