Secretary
Paula Ferris Hi, I’m Paula and I am your club secretary. I have been a member of HRC for 5 years. My profession is that of a dedicated Personal Trainer and Sports Massage Therapist. I love running with HRC and I do so on a very regular weekly basis. I love the friendly, supportive and sociable part of the club. In 2019 I had the honour of running the London Marathon for the HRC and raised over £2,200 for a local charity “The Baton”. I run for me and my well being and the way it makes me feel (plus I can keep up with my 2 energetic boys!!) |
Captain
Mike Mears Hi, I have been running for over 30 years. I like to encourage new runners. I represented Devon on the track in my younger days. Middle and long distance road and trail running is now my preferred type of run. I have completed 6 Ironman triathlons. |

Olivia Killen My name is Olivia Killen and I have been a member of Honiton Running Club for nearly 13 years. Within that period I have been lucky enough to have made some great friends, raced all around the South West and had plenty of laughs. For plenty of years I have chased PB's but since having four years out with injury, I am just glad that I can run again. The club keeps me motivated and gets me out running when I need a kick. I run to eat cake and luckily there are plenty of members that think the same as me. |
Membership Secretary
Roger Saunders Hi I have been one of the longest serving members of the club and a moderate runner I would say. Always happy to welcome new members to the club. I am a level 1 coach. |
